The Team

Robert began his career working with United First Financial, specializing in leveraged finance. He then transitioned to wealth management and investor relations with several banks including, HSBC, JP Morgan and Merrill Lynch. 

He spent 8 years working on multi-family construction from 2003-2011. He launched his CRE Development business in 2023 and has constructed or managed more than 11 projects. He received his B.S. in Management Finance from Jersey City University and and M.S. in Real Estate, Finance from New York University.

Mitchell began his career in financial accounting and is now a Senior Tax Accountant with Ernst & Young. He also assists the U.S. Army with financial budget forecasting and forensics. He holds a B.S. in Accounting and a B.A. in Italian from BYU, as well as an M.S. in Forensic Accounting from Liberty University. 

A Captain in the U.S. Army, Mitchell has completed two combat deployments to Afghanistan and East Africa. He is also the managing partner of Palladio Capital, which owns 26 multi-family units in the Mississippi Gulf Region. He continues to expand his portfolio, focusing on acquiring small to medium-sized apartment complexes.
